Allison Hushek
General Counsel. Allison brings 25+ years of legal experience advising global public and private companies across sports, tech, and entertainment. Her past roles include WPT, Allied Esports/HyperX, ABC/Pac-12, LG, Universal, and SAG. A former college softball pitcher at UCSD, she loves beach volleyball and still holds her high school’s record for most 3-pointers in a game.

Rich Dalatri
Director, Player Performance. Rich Dalatri is a pioneer in basketball performance with 35+ years of experience, including 24 seasons in the NBA. As the league’s first full-time performance coach, he helped shape modern player development. He’s led programs for the New Jersey Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Rutgers, and National teams in Italy and Ukraine, earning medals at the European Championships and Olympics. Rich has also trained elite clubs across Europe and Asia.
